The Ministry of Commerce has launched 3 public service modernization projects on business registration, including:
I. Simplification of Business Registration
II. Modernization of Public Service Payments
III. Waiver of Penalties for Failure to File Annual Declarations
These modernization initiatives will further facilitate business registration by making it more convenient and efficient, while also contributing to the creation of a better business environment in the Kingdom of Cambodia, in line with the policy of the Royal Government of Cambodia of the Seventh Legislature of the National Assembly.
