Seminar on Cambodia National Single Window 

The General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia organized a promotional workshop on the Single Window System with the aim of strengthening the capacity of the private sector to use the Single Window System, promoting regulations related to the National Single Window System regarding Sub-Decree No. 59 ANK.BK dated April 10, 2025 on the National Single Window System, sharing experiences in using the system between relevant ministries and institutions and the private sector, and promoting the use of the Single Window System in requesting and granting licenses, permits, certificates and other documents (LPCO) in electronic format.

The National Single Window System has played an important role in improving the cross-border trade environment and promoting economic growth in Cambodia, in line with the strategies and policies of the Royal Government of Cambodia. The implementation of the Single Window System has provided mutual benefits in providing and receiving public services with efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency. At the same time, the system also brings about collaboration between relevant professional institutions, work efficiency in accordance with laws and regulations, more efficient use of resources, and obtaining accurate and timely trade data as a basis for risk assessment analysis and for use as needed. At the same time, the private sector also receives many benefits, such as reducing costs, saving time, reducing bureaucracy in running from one ministry-institution to another, and gaining consistent, clear, and timely management of its business data.
