ច្បាប់ស្តីពីវិធានដើមកំណើតទំនិញ (Law on Rules of Origin)

The effective date of the Law on Rules of Origin is 5 July 2023.

“Article 4: Preferential Rules of Origin under Free Trade Agreements or other Trade Agreements: The determination of the origin of goods for preferential tariff treatment purposes under free trade agreements and other trade agreements shall be made in accordance with the rules of origin under such free trade agreements or other trade agreements to which the Kingdom of Cambodia is a party.”
