Sub decree 143 on AANZFTA TRS AHTN 2022 (KH, EN)

អនុក្រឹត្យលេខ ១៤៣ អនក្រ.បក ចុះថ្ងៃទី០៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាបានដាក់ឱ្យអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីកាត់បន្ថយ និង/ឬ​លុប​បំបាត់​ពន្ធគយ​របស់​ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ស្របតាមនាមវលីនៃតារាងពន្ធគយសុខដុមរបស់អាស៊ានឆ្នាំ២០២២ ក្រោមកិច្ច​ព្រមព្រៀង​បង្កើតតំបន់​ពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរីអាស៊ាន- អូស្ត្រាលី-ណូវ៉ែហ្សេឡង់។

The Implementation of Tariff Reduction and/or Elimination Schedule of the Kingdom of Cambodia based on the ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature 2022 under the ASEAN – Australia – New Zealand Free Trade Agreement

Article 1.-
To promulgate the Tariff Reduction and/or Elimination Schedule of the Kingdom of Cambodia based on the ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN) 2022 under the Agreement establishing the ASEAN– Australia – New Zealand Free Trade Area.
The Tariff Reduction and/or Elimination Schedule are set in the Annex of this Sub-Decree.
Article 2.-
The Tariff Reduction and/or Elimination Schedule of the Kingdom of Cambodia as referred to the Annex of this Sub-Decree shall be applied to imported goods which are originated from the Parties of this agreement only, in accordance with the Provision of Chapter 3 (Rules of Origin) under the Agreement establishing the ASEAN – Australia – New Zealand Free Trade Area.
Article 3.-
Importers shall abide by rules and procedures set by the Ministry of Economy and Finance in implementing the Agreement establishing the ASEAN – Australia – New Zealand Free Trade Area.
Article 4.-
The Article 1 and Article 2 above shall be implemented 30 days after the date of signature of this Sub-Decree.
Article 5.-
Any regulations contrary to this Sub-Decree shall be invalidated.
Article 6.-
Minster in charge of the Council of Ministers, Minister of Economy and Finance, Ministers of all Ministries, and Heads of all Institutions shall be in charge of implementing this Sub-Decree respectively from the date of signature.
