Notification on Record Date for the 2025 Dividend Distribution of ABC

ACLEDA BANK PLC. the first commercial bank in Cambodia listed its securities on the Cambodia Securities Exchange ( CSX ), would like to notify the investors and public that in according to the resolution of the 26th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on 23 April 2026, the Shareholders approved the distribution of cash dividend at KHR555 per share equal to KHR240,405,475,545 accounting for 29.99% of the 2025 Profit for the Year Attributable to Owners of the Bank of KHR801,641,462,000 and transfer of the remaining balance to the retained earnings with subject to regulators’ approval. The record date for the Shareholders entitled to get the dividend (Record Date for Dividend Distribution) is 07 May 2026.
Note:

1. Shareholders who SELL the share(s) on 06 May 2026 will STILL be entitled to get the dividend;
2. Shareholders who BUY the share(s) on 06 May 2026 will NOT be entitled to get the dividend;
   and
3. The dividend will be distributed after granting the approval from the regulators.
