Chinese and Japanese investors are flocking to buy land in the area along the National Road 1

The land is located along the National Road No.1 with interested investors flocked to buy from China and Japan.

Land from the Tiger brewery street to  Koki market worth US $ 350 to 500 per square meter. Koki market to Neak Loeung worth between $ 50 to $ 150 per square meter.
