The Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia has the honor to inform the producers and/or exporters that under “The Bilateral Trade Enhancement Arrangement” between the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Cambodia received a special preferential duty (0%) on 39 tariff-lines from Vietnam for the year 2016.
Interested producers and/or exporters, who have been doing business with dried tobacco leaves and were registered under the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) with completion of 2016 tax obligations, are eligible to apply for the export licenses from the Department of Import/Export of the Ministry of Commerce during working hours, starting from today till November 11, 2016.
Therefore, please all the producers and/or exporters be informed accordingly. Thank you!
