GDCE announce new generation of business trust management system TCMS 4.0

The General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia (GDCE) just inform all relevant business owners, that in order to strengthen the efficiency of business registration in accordance with the Cambodian Digital Economy and Social Policy, expedite the business registration procedure as well. Reduce the use of paper documents, decide to put the new generation of business trust management system TCMS 4.0 in electronic format at https://rm.customs.gov.kh/TCMS by completing and attaching the necessary documents must comply with the guidelines of the ECCC on the procedures for requesting business registration applications in electronic form through the TCMS Business Trust Management System.
