    សេចក្តីជូនដំណឹង ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មលេខ ២៤៨៩ ព.ណ.ន.ច ចុះថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ យោងរបាយការណ៍លទ្ធផលកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៤២ នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការសម្របសម្រួលការអនុវត្តកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង ពាណិជ្ជកម្មទំនិញអាស៊ាន និងកិច្ចប្រជុំពាក់ព័ន្ធ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៩ ដល់២២ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ នៅទីក្រុងហ្សាកាតា ប្រទេសឥណ្ឌូនេស៊ី រដ្ឋជាសមាជិកអាស៊ានទាំងអស់ ក្នុងនោះរួមមានប្រទេសកម្ពុជាផងដែរ ត្រូវអនុវត្តឱ្យបានពេញលេញនៃ ការចេញនិងប្រើវិញ្ញាបនបត្របញ្ជាក់ដើមកំណើតទំនិញទម្រង់ ឌី ជាទម្រង់អេឡិចត្រូនិច (e-Form D) ត្រឹមខែមករា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៤។ ក្នុងន័យនេះ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម មានកិត្តិយសសូមជម្រាបជូន អ្នកឧកញ៉ា លោកឧកញ៉ា លោក- លោកស្រី អ្នកនាងកញ្ញា ដែលជាផលិតករ និងអ្នកនាំចេញទាំងអស់ឱ្យបានជ្រាបថា៖ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម នឹងបញ្ឈប់ ការចេញវិញ្ញាបនបត្របញ្ជាក់ដើមកំណើតទំនិញទម្រង់ ឌី ជាទម្រង់ក្រដាស (CO Form D Hard Copy) នៅថ្ងៃទី១ ខែ មករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ តទៅ ហើយរាល់ការស្នើសុំ វិញ្ញាបនបត្របញ្ជាក់ដើមកំណើតទំនិញទម្រង់…
