Notice on ​Trademarks and acts of dishonest competition

Pursuant to Article 21 of the Sub-Decree on the Implementation of the Law on Trademarks and the act of dishonest competition, a declaration on the use or non-use of the trademark shall be made within one (1) year after the fifth (fifth) anniversary of Trademark registration date. When the trademark is re-registered, the trademark owner must declare the use of the trademark or not use his trademark within one (1) year after the 5th (fifth) anniversary of the trademark registration date. Repeat.
In case the Duke, Mr. Oknha, Mr. or Mrs., the owner of the trademark failed to make a declaration of use or did not use the trademark as of the above period, the registered trademark will be removed from the trademark list.
