Products/Goods for Sale

A. Khmer products/goods that comply with national standards and laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia can be sold in this international market through the Proxtera system, including:

  • Spices and seasonings (peppers, chili, turmeric, coriander…)
  • Rice, honey, salt, vegetables, fruits, nuts
  • Flours, natural oils
  • Meatballs, sausage beef, pork or fish
  • Frozen seafood (clam, abalone…)
  • Instant food (tea/coffee, noodles, fried chicken…)
  • Clothing and footwear products
  • Khmer artist and pottery, furniture, etc.

B. Foreign products/goods sold in the Proxtera system that comply with the standards and laws of each country. Cambodian enterprises can order products/goods from foreign suppliers as needed, negotiating directly with suppliers in that country.

  • Fill out the account opening forms
  • Fill out the Proxtera system forms
  • Open the Proxtera system (https://trade.proxtera.com) and fill in the following information (business profile) correctly:
    • Company Legal Name
    • Tax Identification Number
    • Business Registration Number
    • Type of Entity
    • Date of Incorporation
  • Members can be added as needed
  • Waiting for approval from Proxtera to be able to use the system

Selling Products

A. Customers need to create Product Catalogue in the Proxtera system:

  • Complete seller profile: store name, store description, logo, address, certificate or license if applicable
  • Create product catalogue
  • Upload product listing
  • Describe the product details, specification, pricing, payment term, etc. (see user guide)

B. Customers can sell products in the Proxtera system: negotiate with buyers, accept purchase order, create invoice (see user guide).

Purchasing Products

Customers can purchase goods from abroad in the Proxtera system as follows:

  • Search for products
  • Negotiate with seller
  • Create purchase order
  • Perform related tasks: request quotation, request sample, get financing, and complete cross-border payments (see user guide).
